  • Our meat cutting saw blades feature a higher hardness on both belt and saw teeth, enduring repeated sawing of various food ingredients. Its belt hardness is 44 HRC and saw teeth reach 64 HRC. An enhanced hardness ensures a lengthened life span.
  • The teeth of our butcher saw blades are processed with high-frequency hardening, reducing wear and tear. They are sure to cut flatly, smoothly, and rapidly. The saw teeth are close together, 4 teeth per inch, minimizing meat loss.
  • Our band saw blades (5 PCS per pack) are compatible with our commercial meat bone saw machines, including JG-210, HR-250, and JG-210C. They are ideal for cutting frozen meat, frozen fish, ribs, pigs' feet, and hard bones in various places like the central kitchen, butcher's shop, food processing factory, and slaughterhouse.
